About Darran Sanders
Darran’s decision to join Bayleys was not difficult. The old school values that the Bayleys management project among others include honesty, integrity, and respect. These indeed are the core values which Darran has practiced throughout his business and personal life.
Teamed up both in business and in life, Darran works alongside Irene Bremner, who, with over 20 years real estate experience, regularly features on the high achievers list for the Bayleys group nationwide. In addition, Darran has been involved in property management for several years, looking after high value private residences and managing holiday houses in and around Russell.
Darran’s business experience is extensive and highly valuable to current and future clients. Prior to real estate, his background includes fifteen years as a Sales and Marketing Director in a medium size family business. Responsible for special projects, key customer relationships and research and development for new products imported and locally made in our engineering factory, Darran’s job was always varied and interesting.
Part of his brief in that role was to travel extensively around the world sourcing new product via trade fairs and visiting key suppliers. This work resulted in Darran honing his skills as a superb negotiator, as well as bringing to the fore his brilliant and natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
These two skills are fundamental and critical to serve up impeccable results to his real estate clients as they look for the best outcomes when buying or selling property. His business model has always been that all parties involved in a business transaction are satisfied and happy. Darran’s no pressure approach to the real estate process means a pleasant and seamless experience for everyone involved.
